Star Ruler is a large scale, real-time grand strategy set in space. Design, build, and take control of potentially thousands of ships, and expand the reach of your empire across the entire galaxy. Research new technologies, capture enemy vessels, and conquer enemy planets on your path to galactic domination. Chat with other players at any time to discuss strategies or arrange multiplayer games. And if that isn't enough, you can modify the game in nearly any way you see fit, or download mods made by others.
1. Go to: http://store.steampowered.com/ and download STEAM client.
2. Click "Install Steam" (from the upper right corner)
Download Steam
3. Install and start application, login with your Account name and Password (create one if you don't have).
4. Please follow these instructions to activate a new retail purchase on Steam:
Launch Steam and log into your Steam account.
Click the Games Menu.
Choose Activate a Product on Steam...
Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.
